The history behind Cotalker
It was 2016, in the midst of myths and misinformation at the height of the conversation about Digital Transformation, the founders of Cotalker alerted the imprecise direction taken by the teams of the operations area of the companies, in the transformation of their processes; they were moving towards a "hyper-digitization".
A process could start on Whatsapp, continue by email, end in a call and be consolidated manually and tediously in Excel. Fragmented and analog management deepened the chaos and complexity with which teams had to deal. The future of work had to be simple. Thus Cotalker was born
